How to Start a Return or Request a Resolution

To initiate a return or request support:

Email support@newtie.store within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and a photo (if applicable).

Our team will respond within 1 business day to guide you through the next steps.

Eligibility

Items must be unused and in original condition unless the issue is related to a defect or fulfillment error.

Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a quality issue or error on our part.

Return Shipping

If the issue was caused by our team (wrong item, damaged product, misprint), we’ll cover all return shipping costs. If the return is due to a customer preference (e.g., size change, style), return shipping may be at the customer’s expense.
