Products & Customization

  • We offer a curated selection of premium apparel items, including polos, quarter-zip pullover sweaters, jackets, vests, T-shirts, tote bags, accessories, luggage, and more—featuring top brands like Johnnie-O, Zero Restriction, Fairway & Greene, and more to come.

  • We do not offer embroidery services alone. Apparel & gift products to receive custom embroidery must be purchased through NewTie.

  • Common placements include left chest, sleeve and back yoke. We’ll guide you based on your logo dimensions and item choice.

  • Our standard MOQ is 12 pieces per style with a total MOQ of 36, but we’re flexible based on your needs.

  • We discount from MSRP by brand and based on the volume of quantities on your order. Request an estimate through your online shopping cart.

Design & Embroidery

  • You can upload your logo during checkout or submit it through our “Start My Order” form. We accept most vector and high-resolution file types (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .PNG).

  • Absolutely. We send a digital embroidery proof for your approval before anything is stitched. Physical samples are also available upon request for a fee.

  • Yes. We color-match using Pantone standards and have a wide range of thread colors available to ensure accurate branding.

  • The premium brands we offer use only commercial-grade embroidery machines and expert digitizing to deliver crisp, detailed stitching. This embroidery is built to last and retain its structure through repeated wear.

Order Process

  • You can start by uploading your logo and selecting products using our “Start My Order” form or request a consultation. From there, we’ll guide you through design approval, customization, and delivery.

  • You pay your invoice according to its terms of payment, which are clearly stated therein. A deposit usually begins the embroidery process, and then payment of the remainder of the invoice usually enables the beginning of your order’s production process.

  • Yes. We offer blank or embroidered samples, but without a discount from MSRP.

  • Yes. Volume discounts apply based on quantity. Contact us for a custom quote.

  • From the time you make final payment for your order to the time it is delivered depends upon the brand chosen, current & future stock availability, quantity ordered, embroidery proofing, shipping destination and other dynamic factors.

    An estimated time will be included on your initial invoice.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Yes. We ship anywhere in the continental U.S. using trusted carriers like UPS and FedEx. International shipping may be available for approved partners.

  • We deliver each order to one drop ship location of your choice and leave you in control of distributing to team members.

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout or included in custom quotes.

Returns & Policies

  • Any reasonable expectation of satisfaction is guaranteed. If there’s an issue with your order, we’ll address the issue, replace the items at no additional cost or develop an alternative solution with you.

  • Orders can be changed or canceled before custom embroidery production begins. After that, changes may incur fees based on work completed.

  • We stand behind our work and will always correct errors or defective products. Because items purchased are customized through embroidery or other custom logo services, refunds are generally not offered, but sometimes the only reasonable solution we determine satisfactory for you.

  • We pride ourselves on growing through a network of customers who refer us to peers, colleagues and friends, and we reward referrals in a number of ways.

  • We offer bulk packaging and shipping only.

  • Yes. We provide branded event gear, team uniforms, and staff apparel with embroidery, color-matching, and fast turnaround to meet event deadlines.

  • Yes. We offer basic design services and can recommend a partner for complete logo creation or rebranding.

  • Yes. All B2B clients receive a dedicated rep to assist with design, sourcing, and fulfillment to make the process easy and personalized.

  • Yes. We keep your designs on file and make it easy to reorder the same or new items with previous embroidery settings.
